From 1 July 2009, the Department for Planning and Infrastructure became the Department of Planning and the Department of Transport. State Land Services and Pastoral Leases became part of the Department of Regional Development and Lands.

Perth parking policy

The policy is part of a wide-ranging plan to preserve Perth's air quality, reduce traffic congestion, improve pedestrian safety, free up short-term shopper parking and create a city environment that is both economically and environmentally healthy. 

If you own non-residential property with parking bays in the Perth Parking Management Area, you are required by the Perth Parking Management Act 1999 to submit a licence application supported by certain documents.
