Uniform shipping laws code

This Code has been adopted by the Australian Transport Council as a basis for uniform legislation between the Commonwealth, States and Northern Territory relating to the survey, crewing and operation of commercial vessels.

Those sections below that are struck though are not called up by Western Australian Regulations to the Marine Act 1982 and therefore are not applicable for use in Western Australia.   The struck out sections are dealt with by Regulation. Refer to rules and regulations for a list of applicable regulations.
