Dealer network support unit

As part of the dealer network scheme you will have access to a support unit.

The dealer network support unit will arrange for Licensing to train your staff to use the terminals and licensing procedures. A two day training course is held at the Department for Planning and Infrastructure Training Room in Perth.

The support unit will arrange for the installation of computer access, security and communication facilities. They will also arrange for the supply of plates, registration labels and stationery.

Most importantly you will have access to a telephone help line during dealer trading hours.
