3. Ordering your plate
To order your plates, simply fill out an application form and post it, along with a cheque, to:
Department for Planning and Infrastructure
Plate Section Licensing Services
GPO Box R1290
Perth WA 6844
or take it to your nearest Metropolitan, Regional licensing centre or agent.
4. Making your plate
Custom plate production takes about 4 to 5 weeks. We'll contact you by mail as soon as your plates are ready to collect.
5. Collecting your plate
Your plate will be sent to the licensing centre nearest to you for collection.
Please bring your current registration papers and existing plates.
There is no extra charge for exchanging your old plates for your new Custom Plates.
