If so, you need to notify the Department.

Please note that you are required by law to notify the Department in writing within 21 days of changing your address.

You can change your details online or contact us for further information.

BPAY ®

The following accounts may be paid online: BPAY, the new payment option for Licensing customers.
You may use BPAY for the following payments:
  • Driver licence renewals when a new photograph isn't required.
  • Vehicle registration renewals (Light & Heavy)
  • Vehicle transfers
  • Vehicle transfer infringements
  • Vehicle transfer final demands
  • Plate infringements
  • Plate Final demands
  • Boat registration
  • Debit advice
  • Light vehicle licence renewal
  • Seasonal vehicle licence renewal
  • Heavy vehicle licence renewal
  • Vehicle licence transfer
  • Vehicle licence transfer infringement
  • Vehicle licence transfer final demand
  • Vehicle failure to return plates infringement
  • Vehicle failure to return plates final demand
  • Vehicle expired defect notice infringement

Please note:

  2. This service is unavailable due to routine maintenance, between the hours of 8pm Sunday - 1am Monday.
  3. All information on this system is secure to prevent any other party intercepting your credit card details.
  4. If you are the holder of a pension concession card, please refer to your vehicle licence renewal notice to ascertain if you are required to present your card at a licensing centre or agent prior to renewal.
