Applying to join the scheme

Before you apply to join the dealer network registration Scheme you must first be the holder of a current Licence issued under the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act or a dealer in new trailers (a copy of the Licence is to be attached to the application).

Dealer organisations that retail new vehicles must be approved under the bulk licensing certification scheme to be admitted to the dealer network registration scheme.

If access is granted, you will be required to enter into a contract with the State Government for the purposes of the scheme and undertake to comply with the conditions, procedures and requirements of the scheme.
